The reporting/complaint line is a whistleblowing mechanism established to allow employees, customers, and other stakeholders to safely communicate their complaints, concerns, and potential violations. This line is used by companies and organizations to enhance transparency, ensure ethical compliance, and strengthen employee satisfaction.
PURPOSE OF THE LINE
- Reporting of compliance and ethics concerns, including corruption, bribery, and irregularities observed by employees,
- Reporting of violations related to employee rights and workplace justice, such as harassment, discrimination, mobbing, or breaches of employment contracts,
- Reporting of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) issues, including inadequate safety measures, workplace accidents, or health risks,
- Reporting of supply chain transparency and sustainability concerns, including human rights violations or child labor practices within the supply chain,
- Reporting of customer complaints and feedback, including quality issues related to products or services and customer dissatisfaction,
- Confidential and Secure Reporting Mechanism: Allows individuals to submit reports anonymously. The identity of the reporter will be strictly protected and kept confidential.

All reports can be submitted anonymously, and all information received will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Each report is evaluated with professionalism, confidentiality, and respect.
